**Position Summary**:
The role of an Admin Executive is to support the administrative functions for Park Operations Division in the day-to-day operations related to meeting schedule, appointments, HR functions and coordination support internally and externally between all divisions. This includes improvising organizational systems, methods, and procedures to help the efficiency of the whole administration processes within the department.
**Scope and Responsibilities**:
- Administrative Support: Maintains the office on a day to day basis. Assists the Director in scheduling meetings, making travel plans, arranging conferences, facilitating internal and external communications, preparing correspondence and reports, and maintaining data, records and files. You will be required to track budgets, expenditures, and project status. Develops and implements administrative support systems to improve productivity, efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Operational Support: Assists in tracking and scheduling MCs, maintaining records and preparing reports. Collects data, prepares statistical reports, charts and graphs, presentations, and tracks department performance measures. Serves as a point of contact for visitors, MCs and as a key contact in the event of emergency. Communicates, coordinates and facilitates response to Commercial operation’s needs, tracks and follows up as necessary.
- General Office Support: Maintains office supplies, stationery, forms, keys, tools and facilities equipment (two-way radios, pagers, etc). Provides general office support, including copying, faxing, distributing incoming mail and processing outgoing mail.
- Human Resources and Payroll Support: Maintains attendance records, assists in payroll support activities, and provides administrative support for performance reviews and other MC status changes. Follow up with training schedule for all levels of staff. Maintain and update MC’s training file as when required.
**Background and Experience**:
- At least one (1) years of experience in similar job profile and preferable with hospitality industry exposure.
- Detail, strong analytical, evaluative, coordination and organizing skills.
- Good command of English writing and communication skills.
- Energetic, flexible, and customer focused with strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills to coordinate work plans, ability to prioritize works based on urgency.
- Possess ability to work under pressure and high demand environment.
**Education**:
Secretarial or Administrative Studies background or equivalent.
**Additional Information**:
- Malaysian.
- Fully vaccinated.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings & weekends to support park operations.
**Education**:

**Experience**:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- Secretarial: 1 year (preferred)
