1. To handle sales administration functions related to ongoing projects and completed projects. 2. To ensure that all SPAs and loan documents are executed on a timely basis. 3. Coordinate with sales team/ purchasers/ bankers and lawyers for SPA Execution. 4. Prepare and issuance of progressive billings, reminders and receipts. 5. Monitor/ ensure timely billing and collection. 6. Follow up on loan documentation status with purchasers, bankers and solicitors. 7. To ensure proper filing and accuracy of info updated from time to time. 8. Attend to purchaser’s/solicitors' enquiries, and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
