- Compensation and benefits administration
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness and heath
- Charitable giving
- Employee services and counseling
- Reception
- Responsible for facility security and upkeep in addition to space planning
- Lead HRA practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment and the recruitment and ongoing development of superior workforce.
- Any ad hoc assignment where reasonable and lawful assigned to you from time to time
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Management or it’s equivalent
- At least 10 years’ experience in Managerial Level
**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
