**Main Responsibility**:

- Assist in daily operation of Branch and service centre requirements such as display of bikes, daily set up SOP, cleanliness guidelines and upkeep of service centre
- Do service checklist for general maintenance and servicing on motorcycles ensure all checkpoints are done thoroughly.
- General maintenance job such as regular oil and filter change, brake pads, tyres, chain etc.
- Upkeep of tools and special tools ensuring cleanliness standards are kept at all time and tools are maintained for longevity of tools and equipment
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting on problems and issues with customer’s motorcycle
- Dissemble and assembling of motorcycle for repair and servicing
- Ad hoc jobs from branch supervisors and managers, to aid in daily operational matters
- Responsible towards job quality and work attitude, ensuring attendance and workplace efficiency is kept at optimal performance
