IT Executive

1. Handle networking set-up, implementation, and maintenance for the internal user.
2. To support the IT function on a daily operational basis and ensure system & networking is in optimal performance
3. Perform security and virus check periodically and recommend to management on system improvement when necessary
5. Set-up, implements, support and maintain Microsoft Office Application/Windows and internal custom made system
6. Troubleshoot IT problem including IT systems and IT equipment's in the Company, liaise with relevant vendor on repair and maintenance
8. Maintain proper records on supports and services provided to users
9. Deliver quality response service on a daily basis and ensuring that any issues are logged, prioritized and resolved within agreed timeframe
10. To perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Head
