3. Product Identification and Development:
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends, hot destinations, and emerging travel experiences.
- Create innovative travel packages and promotions based on market demand and customer feedback.
4. Social Media Marketing:
- Be our social media guru, developing and executing killer marketing plans across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and multimedia assets, to captivate our audience and generate leads.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and manage our online reputation like a pro.
**Skills**:
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, and/or social media marketing within the travel industry.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A sales-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and products is highly desirable.
