**Technician Job Duties**:
A technician responsibilities, which can include:

- Monitoring the performance of equipment, such as ACMV, Building Electrical, ELV, Audio Visual, Building Control System and other engineering system, to ensure that it is functioning properly.
- Performing routine, corrective, breakdown and preventive maintenance.
- Performing repairs on equipment such as replacing broken parts or wiring problems.
- Repairing electrical or mechanical equipment such as computers, photocopiers, coffee makers, vending machines, etc.
- Troubleshooting problems related to engineering systems.
- Maintaining records of equipment use and repair activity.
- Coordinating with other technicians or specialists to schedule repairs or ensure that repairs are completed correctly.
