Job Scope:
As a Barista / Cafe Manager, your job responsibilities will include:
1. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking their orders, and ensuring their needs are met. This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

2. Drink Preparation: Expertly preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and smoothies. This involves using espresso machines, coffee makers, and other equipment to brew coffee, steam milk, and add flavors or toppings as requested.

3. Food Preparation: Overseeing the preparation and presentation of food items such as pastries, sandwiches, salads, and other menu offerings. This includes managing inventory, ensuring food quality, and training staff on proper food handling and preparation techniques.

4. Staff Management: Hiring, training, and scheduling baristas and cafe staff. You will be responsible for supervising their work, providing guidance and support, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing any disciplinary or performance issues.

5. Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies, tracking usage, and minimizing waste. This includes maintaining accurate records, conducting regular inventory audits, and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

6. Financial Management: Managing the cafe's financial operations, including cash handling, sales tracking, and budgeting. This involves analyzing sales data, implementing cost-saving measures, and maximizing profitability while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

7. Workplace Safety and cleanliness: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. This includes conducting regular inspections, implementing cleaning protocols, and training staff on safety procedures.

8. Marketing and Promotion: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. This may involve creating promotional campaigns, managing social media accounts, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

9. Administrative Duties: Handling administrative tasks such as managing schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining records for financial and operational purposes.

10. Continuous Improvement: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, customer preferences, and new product offerings. You will be responsible for suggesting and implementing improvements to enhance the cafe's operations, menu, and overall customer experience.

As a Barista /Cafe Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the cafe, delivering high-quality products and service, and creating a welcoming environment for customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
