**Job Description**:
1. Receives work order and discusses with Engineer, Electrical on the jobs to be done for the day or days ahead
2. Prepares all the tools, materials, equipment and documents needed to do the work and performs the tasks as per scope, skill and knowledge allow involving dismantling, repairing, servicing, rewiring, fitting, installing, as laid out in the Work Order.
3. Lead and manage the operations and maintenance team to facilitate and deliver the work accordingly.
4. To ensure good operations and maintenance practices are always maintained.
5. To lead all electrical testing & commissioning with IWK (client) chargeman
6. Trouble-shoots electrical problems in the shortest possible time during equipment breakdown.
7. Gives feedbacks/suggestions to improve the performance of the various electrical equipment to minimize breakdowns.
8. Willing to relocate (for short term) for project basis and to be full time at site.
