Make a call and sms to customer
- Monitoring backup battery alarm,no data,sos alarm
- Resolving customer problem and issues
- Update in the system and complete the reports
- Evaluate problems to technician
- Provide info on the company's products and back up battery alarm
- A clear and friendly telephone voice
- Good computer skills
- Good teamwork skills and the ability to work unsupervised
- Minimum 1 year experience working with call centre
- Willing to work in flexible working hours and work extra hours.
- Able to work on Morning or Night Shift and Public Holiday (3times a Shift-Rotate)
or Whatsapp
