- Manage content creation and distribution across all social media platforms (FB, IG, TT, website etc)
- Cultivate the company's social media presence to drive brand growth and engagement
- Utilize established marketing policies and procedures to optimize efforts
- Maintain and update online platforms to maximize conversion rates
- Supervise stock, product listings, pricing, and analyze sales/ad performance for improvement
- Utilize data analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and identify enhancement opportunities
- Manage marketing budget allocation for efficient resource utilization and positive ROI
- Conduct market research to gain insights into industry trends and customer preferences
- Devise strategies to enhance customer engagement and foster loyalty
- Provide personalized support and services to customers
- Ensure smooth operation of e-commerce platforms, collaborating with team members as needed
- Create visual content to augment marketing efforts and strengthen brand messaging if needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
