RPATechnical Lead

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:
Team Management & Technical Leadership
- Responsible for managing and leading a team of RPA engineers. This involves overseeing their work, providing guidance and support, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Provides guidance and expertise to the RPA team. Oversee the development of automation workflows, scripts, and bots, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Resolves technical issues and provides innovative solutions to complex automation challenges.
- Gather detailed requirements for each automation opportunity, ensuring a clear understanding of the desired outcomes.

Project Planning and Execution
- Responsible for planning and executing RPA projects within the organization. This includes defining project goals, timelines, and resource requirements, as well as coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Oversee project planning, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of RPA solutions.

Solution Design and Architecture
- Design the RPA architecture, including the selection of appropriate tools and frameworks.
- To ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the RPA solutions.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of the deployed RPA solutions.
- Analyse automation metrics, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and propose enhancements or optimizations to improve process efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.

Change Management and Training
- Preparing training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to end-users with the implemented RPA solutions and their usage.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to capture and document business requirements, and subsequently translate them into technical solutions.

Compliance and Security
- Ensures compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and data security standards.
- Implement appropriate access controls, encryption, and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information and mitigate risks associated with RPA implementation.

Continuous Improvement
- Promotes a culture of continuous improvement within the RPA team.
- Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, technologies, and best practices, and drive innovation by exploring new automation opportunities, evaluating emerging tools, and proposing process enhancements.

Vendor Management
- Liaise and manage vendor relationships, assesses vendor capabilities, and collaborate on project delivery and support.

General
- Assist in the launch and implementation of RPA solutions, supporting a smooth transition and adoption.
- To perform other duties at the discretion of the superior and/or management.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field is commonly preferred. However, equivalent experience or certifications in RPA and related technologies can also be considered.
- Strong knowledge and experience in RPA technologies, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or other similar platforms. Familiarity with RPA concepts, workflows, and best practices is essential.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python is an added advantage.
- Understanding of web technologies, APIs, databases, and integration methodologies is valuable for developing and implementing RPA solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing RPA projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, is added advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and mentor the team.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and decision-making abilities.
- Understanding of business operations and processes, particularly in the context of the industry or domain in which the RPA solutions will be implemented.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
