Hr Deputy Director
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the formulation of human resource development plans, salary research and optimization of the salary system.
- Participate in the formulation of company rules and regulations and the implementation of work process specifications.
- Based on the work strategy, decompose the core elements, and promote the implementation and implementation of performance appraisal.
- Understand the work situation and related data of the HR department, collect and analyze the company's HR information.
- Responsible for talent management projects, including evaluation and training of core talents, talent development and succession planning.
- Keep abreast of employee dynamics and maintain employee relationships.
- Examine and approve the rewards and punishments approved by the Human Resources Department, and arrange for their implementation.
- Responsible for collecting potential and required talent information inside and outside the company, and organizing recruitment.
- Complete various tasks temporarily assigned by the director.
job requirements:
- College degree or above, must be able to speak English, B.M and Mandarin as they need to liaise with China and Taiwanese counterpart.
- Proficient in commonly used office software such as office and PPT.
- Have good communication skills, overall planning ability, flexible but still principled, careful and reliable, and clear.
- Those with recruitment experience in technology companies or personnel experience in the industry are preferred
**Salary**: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
