**Roles & Responsibilities**
- To calculate quantities or take-off for cost analysis, quotation, or tender purpose.
- To obtain quotations for tender purpose.
- To prepare the site budget.
- To obtain and evaluate all quotations.
- To prepare of monthly Budget Summary Report.
- To check subcontractors progress claims.
- To carry out site measurements.
- To check suppliers’ invoices.
- To prepare of progress claims to customers.
- To prepare variation orders and final accounts for customers.
- To prepare variation orders and final accounts for subcontractors and suppliers.
- To liaise with project team and design team for costing matter.
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Kajima Total Management Systems.
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- Degree / Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or Quantity Survey.
- With 4-5 years’ working experience in building construction as main contractor would be added advantage.
- Able to lead and work with minimum supervision.
- Possess good communication and writing.
- Well verse in Contract types, PAM, FIDIC, JKR, IEM & etc
- Strong command of English & computer literate.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel and relocate.
