Mechanical Maintenance Technical

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engineer solution for modification to enhance machine performance and reliability
- Conduct training on the operations and safe handling of machines
- Training to a team of technicians to troubleshoot, repair, modify and install machines
- Responsible for the completion and maintenance of data and records including generation of reports
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for machine breakdown/ schedule maintenance
- Monitor inventory of machine spare parts
- Perform any other related duties as management may require from time to time
- Maintaining the effectiveness and enforce of the company’s ISO 9001 Quality
Management System, ISO 14001 Environment Development System & ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety.
- Report to the Production Manager/ Senior Factory Manager according to organization chart.

**Competency Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline or related
Minimum 3 years of Mechanical maintenance experience
- Ability to read electrical and controls & wiring diagram
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Result oriented and computer literate
- Able to perform troubleshooting and setup tooling at machine
- Willing to work on rotating shift
