Custom Runner

**Position Summary**

Customs Runner activity is to run Custom forms (K1/K2/K8) to and back from Customs office. They need to count the number of forms that was taken out to Customs office for assessment and able to answer or challenge any query/question from Customs Officer during assessment activity and support for any physical examination that required by customs must be conducted with full integrity. They need to be master or expect in tariff code and Duty & Tax. The position will be based in KLIA Gateway, Sepang. They will be working 24hours per week where they will be divided into 3 shifts (Morning, Evening & Night shift).

**Key Accountabilities**
- Run Custom forms to and back from Customs office.
- Submit and attend customs for OGA/LMW/Dutiable and non-dutiable shipment assessment for all K1/K2 &K8 form.
- Ensure to count the number of forms taken out to Customs office for assessment.
- Ensure all the forms are assess by the customs officer on duty.
- Must be able to challenge if query by customs.
- Been a dedicated Runner, ensure to do multiple runs to and back (between customs office and KEX Express office) depending on the availability of forms.
- Any physical examination requirement by customs must be conducted with full integrity.
- To handle walk in KEX EXPRESS customers for queries that relate to Customs Uplift/Duty amount or other issue related to their shipment hold shipment/dispute.
- To arrange the shipment using Bonded Truck or Seal Box.
- To prepare a daily manual report for management assessment & data base.
- To resolve issues pertaining custom issue (Hanging Document or Custom Query).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration and Logistic or SPM.
- Hands-on knowledge in Custom Clearance Process - Customs Runner.
- Experience in Custom Declaration Process will be advantage.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and determination in a professional manner.
- Confident, trustworthy, customer-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Able to work in shift & working in Public Holiday or odd hour.
- Positive and able to work well in a team with excellent interpersonal skill.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sepang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
