Requirements 1) Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English 2) Possess Minimum Education Level Diploma and above 3) Must Have Own Transport 4) Content Creator skills 5) Have good creative thinking skills 6) Social Media management 7) Has a interest in the field of beauty 8) Can work in a team 9) Organization and time management Responsibility 1) Conceptualizing and Planning: Collaborating with creative teams to understand project requirements, brainstorm ideas, and develop creative concepts for video content. 2)Pre-production: Scriptwriting, storyboarding, and planning the logistics of video shoots, including location scouting, casting, and organizing equipment. 3) Filming: Operating cameras and other video equipment to capture high-quality footage, ensuring proper lighting, sound, and framing for each shot. 4) Editing: Editing and post-production work, including video and audio editing, color grading, adding graphics or special effects, and ensuring the final video aligns with the creative vision. 5) Content Development: Staying updated with industry trends and best practices, researching and proposing new ideas, and contributing to the overall content strategy. 6) Collaboration: Working closely with the creative team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure the video content aligns with brand guidelines, objectives, and target audience. 7) Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software, camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording equipment. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation may also be beneficial. 8) Adaptability: Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, manage deadlines, and adapt to changes in project scope or direction. 9) Creative Problem Solving: Finding innovative solutions to overcome technical or creative challenges during video production and post-production processes. 10) Communication and Teamwork: Effectively communicating ideas, collaborating with team members, and maintaining positive working relationships to deliver high-quality video content.
