Job Description - To well monitor the production & shipment schedule of each sales order - To well communicate with customer for any outstanding/overdue payment issue - To keep updating sales personnel on the payment collection status of each customer - To perform any other related duties / projects as management may require/assign from time to time. - To well attend the customer inquiry and all incoming telephone inquiry. - To fully understand and differentiate the leather and car seat cover design, in order to compromise with the customer upon receiving order. - To assist and follow up the customer’s requirement. - To assist the company management, co-ordinate with the production to ensure on time delivery to customer and to keep monitoring the payment collection status. - To well perform the invoicing and other related system upon delivery of goods and master the basic accounting knowledge.
