Account Assistant Cashier

**Account Assistant:
- **
- Prepare, post, verifies and records customer payments and transaction related to account receivables
- Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions
- Assist in month-end closing activities to ensure tally with financial statement
- Assist on Accounting matters
**CASHIER:
- **
- Greet customer at the cashier window in pleasant & professional manner
- Checking & record cash sales ; bank in slip, credit card slip, e-wallet in daily sales collection report (excel)
- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct
- Recording and filing cash transactions
- Preparation of Sales Invoices and relevant supporting documents.
- Resolve customer billing disputes with relevant department
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.
- Perform any other duties as may be specified by the company from time to time
**SKILLS and Requirement: -**
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
- **Experience with SQL accounting software is added advantage**
- Diploma in Accounting or any related field
- Proactive, positive, responsible, well-organized, planning skill and team player are required
- **SPM/Fresh graduate are welcome to apply**
Location : Sungai Buloh
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
