**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Making calls with customers to validate pickup and delivery status.
- Handling problematic shipments including making delivery arrangements.
- Receive, sort, and store problematic shipments.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum SPM or professional certificate in the related field.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia.
- Being fluent in English will be an advantage.
- Telephone and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer literacy.
- Able to work during the busy period / seasonal period.
- Positive, friendly, and organized.
**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
