Coordinates the Operations Department’s administration duties
- Coordinates meetings and take minutes of meetings
- Ensures file management - its maintenance, retrieval and archive
- Coordinates outlets’ training sessions and liaise with the HR office
- Uses the available resources in an effective and efficient manner through mobilization and demobilization arrangements.
- Researches and assists with the preparation of policies and procedures, and standard operating procedures
- Assists the Operations Manager with customer complaints and inquiries where applicable
- Assists the Operations Manager with studying and evaluating current operations systems, providing suggestions to improve the overall operation system.
- Liaise with other functional / department heads in order to understand all necessary aspects of the operational development, and to ensure that they are fully informed of the operational development
- Assists the Operations Manager in communicating to Area Supervisors / Branch Supervisors / Store Managers on Company’s Standard Operating Procedures to ensure that they understand and comply with the standards
- Assists the Operations Manager in managing the general administrative support of outlet daily operations and frequent visits to outlets.
- Any other duties assigned as and when deemed necessary

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Accounting or any field with 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in the retail industry.
- Able to gather, process and report and distribute data.
- Able to analyse variables that influence operations and take necessary actions or suggest solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft especially in excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to communicate and collaborate with other people
- Mathematical skill to process complex calculation
- Good command of English especially written in English
- Able to multitask and prioritize
- Willing to travel - outstation

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
