Manage the overall HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Welfare Administration, Development and other HR administration functions.Employee Relations, Monthly Payroll Administration, Performance Appraisal, Training
- To conduct on day-to-day Human Resources work as well as the improvement of Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Able to handle sensitive information with highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Handle staff discipline issues, grievances and counseling, domestic inquiries and other activities when required.
- Responsible for the timely processing of payroll and submission of related reports to relevant government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF and so on.
- Handling Expatriate Permit Application.
- Leaves and time attendance administration.Managing employee’s database and staff movement including preparation of all HR letters.
- Preparing incoming and outgoing correspondence, internal memo and etc.
- To in charge security guard issues, cleaner and so on.
- Coordinate with Scrap(plastic) vendor for plastic collectionCoordinate with IT vendor for checking on PC and also another IT related spare part.
- To perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 2 years (preferred)
