Account Assistant

In-charge of accounts receivables/ payables
- To prepare debit/ credit memo.
- To arrange for cheque bank in and recording
- To check all invoices and cheque requisitions are in order
- Handle petty cash claim
- Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments
- Able to undertake other duties undersigned from time to time
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
- Handle documentation, data entry and organize filing system effectively
- Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
**Requirements**:
- Possess initiative. Able to work independently, proactively, meeting given time frame and able to multi-task
- Minimum 1 year working experience.
- Computer literate with good understanding and command of Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and accounting software.
- Interpersonal Skill & Good communication skill.
- Able to start work immediately will be added advantages.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
