**Responsibilities**:

- Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services.
- Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
- Perform onsite service at clients' locations as and when required.
- Experience and knowledge in Apple products are required.
- Striving to achieve and maintain overall performance adhering to SLA of Apple Premium Service Provider.
- To undertake any-hoc assignments as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Required skill(s): MAC OS, IOS and Apple device hardware repairing.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- A self-starter, responsible, analytical with good-attitude.
- Possess good communication and technical skills with consultative skills as well as customer-oriented skills.
- Initiative, fast learner and confident.
- Able to work extra hours, independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
