**Responsibilities**:

- To support to the administrative assistance in all areas of works and to team(s) as may be required.
- To provide support and cover to other administrators during busier periods or absence as agreed by line Manager.
- Undertake any other duties within the Context of the role as may be determined by line Manager.
- Monitor office supply levels, reorder when appropriate and handle request, feedback and queries quickly and professionally.
- Maintain strong relationship with vendors and keep price data in order to get the best pricing on supplies and services.
- Produce professional-quality reports, presentations and briefs
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filling system for both paper and electronic records.
- Delegate task as appropriate to other members of the team.
- **Able to write, read and communicate in Mandarin language.**

**Requirements : -**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other related position
- Full knowledge of office management systems and procedure.
- Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations and team work
- Basic bookkeeping & math skills.
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin.
- Working days is Monday - Friday : 9:00am to 6:00pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
