**About Our Client**:
Our client - ISPARK is an IT management services company, in which they provide IT supports for SME companies in Hong Kong.

**Job Scope**:

- Assist to create technical documentation and manuals.
- Record technical issues and solutions in logs.
- Assist for the project arrangement.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Able to speak and type in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Office 365 is required.
- Junior to senior levels is welcome to apply.
- Able to provide support via text communication and over the phone, with proficiency in Cantonese.
- Attentive and careful at work.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
