Implement, manage and troubleshoot network hardware including routers, switches firewall, LAN & WAN. - Monitor and measure performance through regular reporting and summaries of the systems including availability, usage and capacity - Recommend, schedule and perform network improvements, upgrades. - Anticipate, mitigate, identify, respond to and resolve problems affecting network and system performance, efficiency and availability. - Implement new hardware and software projects providing documentation and procedures based on functionality of the environment. - Responsible for delivering the tasks assigned on time and within project timeline. Hold the CCNA Certification is value-added. - Accept and complete projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
