About the job

Responsible for the development, implementation and execution of a multi-channel communications strategy for the Cluster, with focus on message development and promotional efforts for the targeted segments. Owner of the cluster communication strategy.

**Job Description**:
- Annual Planning & Budget: Develop yearly communication plans and budgets for sales divisions.- Promotional Activities: Implement sales-aligned promotional activities, adhering to brand guidelines.- Internal Communication: Plan internal activities, reinforcing company culture and strategy.- Omnichannel Strategy: Create local omnichannel strategies for key initiatives.- Content Activation: Activate content across channels, collaborating with digital marketing.- Alignment with Sales: Ensure local strategies support sales objectives and market priorities.- Content Coordination: Oversee content alignment with local needs and collaborate with Business Units.- Performance Evaluation: Collect feedback on content performance, optimizing strategies.- Internal Liaison: Act as the local contact for central initiatives and group communications.- Brand Champion: Champion the Alfa Laval brand for all cluster stakeholders.

What You Know- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.- Minimum of 5 years in campaign management and communications.- Proven track record and experience in successful online campaign execution.- Ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans aligned with business objectives.- Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
