**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a Medical Affairs Manager to join our team in Southeast Asia. As Medical Affairs Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing medical strategies for our all business units: Prescription (Rx), Aesthetics (Ax) and Consumer (Cx), providing scientific and medical support to internal teams and external customers, and ensuring that medical activities are conducted in a compliant and ethical fashion to build trust among our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities- Member of Galderma SEA Leadership Team- Responsible for leadership and general management of all medical affairs activities for all business units in Galderma SEA- Responsible for managing the strategic direction, planning, execution and interpretation of clinical trials/research and the data collection activities.- Responsible for overall scientific governance, medical information, education and healthcare professional compliance- Lead KOL advocacy, development, and management plan- Present CME to HCPs at key congresses and events- Provide materials/trainings to sales team for presentation to HCPs.- Attendance at both internal and external industry educational events- Management of advisory boards, scientific round tables and engagements- Provide support for medical information request from HCPs and consumers.

Skills & Qualifications- PhD qualified, Medical, Pharmaceutical or Scientific Degree- Minimum of 6-10 years medical experience in medical affairs function within pharmaceutical industry including department budget and resources management experience.- Experience in dermatology skincare, baby or aesthetic categories is an advantage.- Proven leadership and ability to develop and motivate team members.- Proven track record of working across departments and/or business units.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills- Proven track record in developing and executing medical strategies.- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.- Fluent in English and Malay
