**PROJECT DESIGNER (SENIOR)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with our design team to manage all aspects of interior design projects, from conception to completion. Ensure seamless communication between clients, designers, suppliers, and contractors.
- **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences. Translate client requirements into actionable plans and design concepts.
- **Budget and Timeline Management**: Keep projects on track by meticulously managing budgets, timelines, and resources. Ensure projects are executed within established parameters and exceed client expectations.
- **Vendor and Supplier Interaction**: Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to source materials, furniture, and fixtures. Maintain strong relationships to ensure the highest quality products and services.
- **Design Support**: Assist designers with space planning, material selection, and 3D renderings. Contribute your creative insights and technical expertise to bring design concepts to life.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience in interior design coordination and project management.
- Proficiency in design software and tools such as CAD, SketchUp,, etc.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for staying updated with design trends and industry developments.

**Language**
- English (Compulsory)
- Mandarin (Optional for communication with overseas team)
