**Requirements**:
**Exigência Técnica**:
4 anos ou + de experiência em Engenharia de Software, infraestrutura de TI ou SRE.
4 anos ou + de experiência com CD/ Estratégia de Deploys (Canary, Blue Green e entre outros).
4 anos ou + de experiência com Linux.
4 anos ou + de experiência com Cloud Provider (AWS).
Entusiasmo com ferramentas de observability.
Conhecimento com gerenciador de container - K8S.
Habilidades de construção de relacionamento estelar, do início à execução, interna e externamente.
Capacidade de adaptação com humildade e resiliência.
Paixão por tecnologia, porque vai respirar tech todos os dias. De Verdade

**Antes de qualquer coisa saiba que você irá se destacar super bem no nosso time, se**:

- Domínio nas métricas de operação de TI (Taxa de Implantação, MTTR, MTTF, Error Budget, Disponibilidade, Latência, etc.)
- Conhecimento de pelo menos uma linguagem de programação (Java, Python e NodeJS).
- Experiência com DataDog e integração com Cloud Provider - AWS**Perfil Comportamental**:
