Mixologist

Minimum 1 years working experience in a similar capacity is required.
- Knowledge in a wide range of cocktail recipes and able to mix those drinks correctly, quickly and without waste.
- Expected to be able to interact with customers in order.
- Serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to restaurant and bar patrons. They may serve beer and wine, make classic drinks or create new recipes for cocktails.
- Responsible for ensuring that bars run smoothly and efficiently.
