1) Responsible to provide the best quality of product and service to achieve customer expectation at all times as to promote satisfaction through maximizing efficiency of food and beverage service and monitoring SOP compliance.

2) Also responsible for bar and dim sum inventory management, storage maintenance, floor crew trainings, equipment maintenance, floor and cashier cleanliness and overall floor operational excellence.

3) To ensure the compliance of current Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as required by the management.

4) Computer literate

5) Possess own transport

6) Able to start immediately
