Debt Collector

**Company Overview**:
Our client is a leading E-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. They are a platform tailored for the region, providing customers with an easy, secure, and fast online shopping experience through strong payment and logístical support.
- Conduct outbound calls to customers who have overdue payments
- Manage customers’ repayment obligations and motivate timely repayments through outbound collections & recovery calls.
- Educate customers on the consequences (eg: bad CTOS Score, difficulty in loan approvements)
- Make negotiations on how much they can repay their debt at the current moment.
- Create a financial plan for the customer.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM (with certificate)
- Willing to work every 2nd and 11th of the month **(regardless of weekends or PH)**:

- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability.

- Debt collector: 1 year (required)

Ability to Commute:
