Overall purpose of the job: checking all work orders are completed, goods labelling and transferred to the respective warehouse, production data and inventory controlled.
**Operations**
- _**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:_
- Updated production data
- Overtime scheduled
- Barcode labelling on products and tinplate
- Packing material handling
- Inventory and PPE controlled
- Stock take variances investigated
- Updated stock movement in the system.
- Manpower movement and accident report handling.
- To handle documentation and production data such as OEE report, production report, wastage record, MO reporting, etc.
- To update and display the Daily Production Performance online.
- Support HR to record Overtime and shift schedules in the system daily.
- Print barcode label for production department.
- To control printed and plain tinplate stock.
- Confirmation of raw materials usage.
- Confirmation of packaging materials usage.
- To handle stock receiving and transferring activities.
- To scan all WIP tinplate for quarterly stock check.
- Ensure stock take variances are investigated and report to relevant person.
- To issue stock out of system for production daily orders.
- To handle waste collection arrangement.
- Identify and assist in accident report within 24 hours for SOSCO claims.
- To handle manpower movement report monthly.
- Carry out other duties assigned by HOD or superior.
- Manage, coordinate, and support with other departments.
**Salary**: From RM1,600.00 per month
