As the Resort Manager, you will be the leader and coach to the local team and set your personal mark within the operations
- **Provide strategic leadership and direction to the resort's management team, ensuring seamless operations across all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, waterspouts and guest services**:

- **Maintain a strong presence throughout the resort, interacting with guests to ensure their needs are met and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and effectively**:

- **Setting standards and quality control measures and work to budgets**:

- **Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, financial reports, and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures**

About you:
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort or island setting

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and empower a diverse team

Sound financial acumen and experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.

Proficiency in multiple languages, including English and Malay, is preferred.

**Salary**: From RM20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Resort: 4 years (required)
- EAM, GM or Resort Manager: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Malay and English (required)
