- Provide simple finance support functions such as coordinating billing, payment and input invoice into system.
- Purchasing function. Issue PO and Involve in projects and other operations support matters as assigned from time to time.

- Assist and carry out recruitment exercise.
- Assist of employment letters, staff letters and other letters.
- Ad hoc duty delegate by the management

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum Diploma with a least 1 - 2 years relevant experience in administrative duties
- Positive attitude with a flair for detailed work
- Able to work independently as well as a team and communicate with all levels
- Knowledge of Microsoft office packages
- Customer service oriented
- Able to communicate in English

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
