OB DESCRIPTION To verify company’s Management & Audited Account and provide good financial management practices; To involve in business loan/ banking facilities - prepare documents for loans, grants, and other aids from financial institutions / cooperatives; Explore opportunities for banking facilities, investment from private facilities & etc; To involve and verify profit & loss and cash flow for projects; To involve in financial analysis or feasibility study for the business proposal to customer or project secured from customer. Financial analysis such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Profit and Loss (P&L) and etc; To prepare budget planning of projects and coordinate with all relevant parties (internal & external customers; To verify contract agreements preparation such as Energy Performance Contracting (EPC), Solar Power Purchase (PPA), Leasing Agreement & etc; and To keep good record, update all related document of your task and carry out any other task requested by management. Requirement: -Minimum Degree in Finance or accounting with 2 years working experience in related field. Computer literate -2 years working experience in related field
