IT Internship

We are seeking an internship student to join our team. As a Internship, you will be work in a team with the IT Leader. Your work will be based in the warehouse and provide the technical support or installation of IT solution.

The Project

IT Internships are expected to display good interpersonal skills as they will interact with colleagues from various departments and executive levels. The responsibilities include installing and configuring computer hardware and being the primary point for cooperation with the IT Helpdesk and company users.

IT Internship diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software components to ensure the smooth running of computer systems.

**Roles of Responsibilities**:
- Ensure security, privacy of networks and computer systems
- Assist in and plan training, development and education for other employees
- Troubleshoot to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner within scope of responsibility
- Creation of Procedures and Integration Manual
- IT asset management. Carrying out routine maintenance of IT equipment and asset lifecycle - Audit
- Formatting and preparing computers
- Support and resolve the identified incidents for employees (Ticket management)

**SKILLS**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-independent and capable of working with minimum supervision.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Hands-on experience with diverse computer systems and networks
- Awareness of Internet security and data privacy principles
- Valid driving license (Working place at FTZ Zone B, Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas)
