**要求：**
- 候選人必須至少擁有商業研究/管理/行政學士學位/研究生文憑/專業學位。
- 優先選擇國語
- 所需語言：英語、國語、馬來語。
- 該職位需要至少 2 年相關職位和領域的工作經驗。
- 熟練的電腦技能：Microsoft Office、Google Drive Inventory、Google Sheets、Google Docs、進階電子表格技能並且能夠輕鬆學習新系統。
- 最好是專門從事採購的初級行政人員。
- 強大的文件填寫系統，極其細緻且組織嚴密，良好的時間管理，有效的溝通技巧——清晰、簡潔和積極。
- 表現出個人效率和對發展新技能和知識的興趣。
- 能夠在快節奏的環境中工作。
- 談判技巧

**工作職責：**
- 向供應商/供應商發出並提交採購訂單。
- 具備有效的口頭和書面溝通能力，能夠給供應商和內部人員打電話和寫電子郵件，為供應商打進和打出電話作為後備。
- 與會計部門協調付款及其他相關事宜。
- 監控和協調供應商之間的物品交付，以確保所有物品按時交付到指定地點。
- 將採購訂單主清單保持最新；密切跟進並提高更新效率。
- 根據相關部門的要求向客戶發出交貨單。
- 與專案部密切協調，以取得招標/報價目的和其他相關的報價。
- 檢查所購買產品的品質。
- 熟悉供應商採購實務（研究、評估和與供應商聯絡）
- 比較和評估供應商的報價。
- 與指定的供應商和分包商在品質、價格、條款、交貨和服務方面協商最佳採購方案。
- 優秀的數學技能，可確保成本計算正確、採購訂單和庫存盤點準確。
- 庫存控制和監控。
- 有效解決問題的能力，在日常任務中與直接上級密切聯繫。
- 上級臨時交辦的任務。
