**Job Description - Hostel Warden**
- Warden has to look after the hostel premises and handle various issues of the workers.
- Warden is responsible on the worker’s discipline in the hostel area and friendly environment is very essential in the hostel community.
- Ensure hostel management process compliance to the local law and rules & regulations.
- Execute patrolling at hostel area and report to superior if there is any disciplinary issue or abnormality found.
- Ensure proper cleaning of the hostel premises by worker.
- The warden has to keep on tracking the housekeeping and all maintenance issues.
- Ensure hostel occupant abide to hostel & factory policies, rules and regulations.
- Assist in setup new hostel.
- Ensure you and your subordinates comply with all internal and external environmental, health & safety instructions, rules and regulations.
- Ensure a safe workplace by conducting regular inspections to recognized, evaluate and control hazards.
- Ensure prompt reporting of all accident, incidents, significant near misses, first-aid cases, unsafe conditions and unsafe behavior to your supervisors, to enable appropriate investigations to be conducted and corrective actions to be applied.
- Ensure regular education and training on environment, health and safety are conducted for all your subordinates.
- To handle any ad-hoc task given by superior.

**Job Requirement - Hostel Warden**

a. At least with SPM qualification.

b. Age from 18 to 40 years old.

c. Able to work shift hour and on call if there is any emergency case happened at hostel.

d. Posses positive attitude and willing to learn new things.

e. Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in managing foreign workers or handling hostel.

f. Able to work independently, responsible and committed.

g. Must have valid driving license (B2 or D).

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
