Bellman Driver

**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible for the receipt of guests’ luggage and ensuring correct delivery to and from rooms, cars and airport & responsible for transporting clients or handling deliveries in a timely manner
- Flexible working hours - staff may have to work nights and weekends
- To assist guests with inquiries and fulfilling other service requests in compliance with all brand standards and departmental Standard Operating Procedures
- Assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing car and taxi doors
- Ensure timely pick up and deliveries pertaining to baggage handling
- Transport clients and/or packages to and from destinations
- Arrive at destinations on schedule
- Ensure that the vehicle is always fuelled and ready for use
- Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed
- Administration and filing, to keep record of mileage and repair records

**Job Knowledge and Skills**:

- Good command of English
- Minimum supervision and can work in a Team
- Valid driving license
- Flexible working hours (peak time for resort usually in the evening on weekends, public holiday)
- Malaysian Citizen only
