**Job Descriptions**:

- Perform the superior treatment services according to standards set by the company.
- Good understanding and exposure to a diverse range of wellness and aesthetic. treatment for facial, body, skin, slimming and etc. services for customers.
- Assess customers’ needs and provide professional advice.
- Ensure customers’ satisfaction and comfort after each treatment therapy. - Friendly & Efficient.
- Provide the best service, built up a strong connection and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.
- Provide administrative support in terms of scheduling appointments, appointment follow-up, maintaining accuracy in customers’ treatment logs and communicate with customers regularly about upcoming product launches and sales promotions.
- Prepare treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness and neatness of work stations / center's clean and tidy at all times.
- Perform all duty as per roster e.g. duty head in charge, in-charge stock for the month on checking, maintaining inventory and treatment supplies. - Work as a team.
- Cooperate with all staffs / colleagues.
- To assist the Company in all its Promotions and Events.
- To travel for company’s promotional activities, seminars, training.
- To assist in any other Administration Roles that are required by the Company.

**Job Requirements**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
