We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Microsoft Developer to join our IT development team. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with web designers, program managers, and developers to implement business and technical requirements. Your expertise in C#, along with other programming languages, will be instrumental in producing, maintaining, and modifying websites and user interfaces. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in creating tools that enhance the user experience and ensuring the accessibility of websites across various device platforms, cultures, and languages.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web designers, program managers, and developers, to translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and modify websites and user interfaces using C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Create innovative tools and features that enhance the user experience and drive customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the accessibility and responsiveness of websites across multiple device platforms, cultures, and languages.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve software defects.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in web development technologies and frameworks.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- **Strong proficiency in designing and implementing web user interfaces with frameworks such as ASP.NET, MVC, Blazor, or React.**:

- **In-depth knowledge of relational database technologies, such as SQL Server, Oracle, Azure SQL, or MySQL.**:

- Demonstrated experience with security-focused development practices and adherence to security standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Hybrid Work Arrangements.

**Preferred Skills**
- **Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.**:

- **Familiarity with ETL technologies, such as Azure Logic Apps, Informatica, or Azure Data Factories.**:

- **Integration experience with Commercial off the Shelf software, such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce, is strongly preferred.**:

- Proficiency in development tools like Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code.
- Experience working with cloud platform services, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, containers, and Docker.
