You will play an important role, such as:

- Daily operations of Accounting Department, such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
- To assist in preparing, coordinating and collating information required for Cash Flow Reporting.
- Monitoring operational cash flow and control of bank accounts for payment planning arrangement.
- Responsible to check and validate the journal/ general ledger entries and ensure all accounting records are properly updated and reconciled.
- Preparing a full set of financial accounts of the company and to provide assistance in all aspect of accounting functions and monthly/ yearly closing of accounts.
- To ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, financial policies and procedures.
- Perform bookkeeping activities, assist in completion of administrative and clerical tasks.
- Communicate with client and auditor as necessary
- To perform and undertake any other duties as may be prescribed by the superior from time to time.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

- Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Good financial reporting skills that is timely, concise and accurate.
- Advanced level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate with persons at different levels.
- Able to work closely with clients and relevant authorities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.
- Leadership and supervisory skills.
- Must be able to handle confidential/ sensitive information in a professional manner.
- Equipped with organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Those who can start immediately will be an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
