IT Officer

Provide L1 & L2 hardware, software, CCTV and door access technical support and problem solving to all users.
- Perform analysis, diagnostics, and provide/suggest solution to all IT problems for internal staff and as well remotely to external users.
- Prepare, set up and install new PC with users’ data backup and migration.
- Maintain and update documentation and reference materials related to computer systems.
- Maintain and monitor the computing hardware and software assets of the company, including system updates, software licensing expiry and hardware decommissioning.
- Manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments.
- Assist the Project Manager in system implementation activities (new & upgrade).
- To handle any ad-hoc task which required by superior.
- Good understanding of helpdesk ticketing systems.

Job Requirement
- Fresh graduate or with working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS & DHCP, Windows operating systems configuration, troubleshooting & implementation.
- Experience in customer facing role, remote support, telephone support

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
