Job Description
1. At least 1 year working experience with Convention Center / Hotel industry
2. Managing Pastry & Bakery section on preparing the required food/items on daily forecast.
3. Able to develop, designs, or creates new ideas and items.
4. Ensures that the quality of raw and cooked food products met the standards.
5. Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
6. Assist Chef in daily task
Requirement
1. Knowledge in baking and appropriate way in food handling including ingredients and method of cooking/baking.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Knowledge of food health and safety regulations is an advantage.
4. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. A team player with strong interpersonal and communicate.
6. Able to work in shift and overtime (if required).
7. Able to work on public holiday and weekend.
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
