**Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Supplier sourcing, selection, and negotiation & price comparison to obtain the most cost-effective supply options.
- Source for new parts, materials, services, or suppliers when the need arises.
- To analyze current procurement activities and recommend improvement plans, and also work with the operations team on cost-saving initiatives.
- Responsible for yearly cost reduction with top spending suppliers.
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Able to communicate well and collaborate effectively with colleagues across multi-cultural backgrounds.
- To assist in the smooth operation of the purchasing department and follow the procedures in consistent with ISO9001.
- For better operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness, set up service standards, develop plans, and implement procedures, workflows, and control systems.
- Monitor and enforce appropriate work practices are in place in compliance with the company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain routine reports related to operation efficiency, logistic, inventory, budgeting, and computerized system data.
- Set up tracking and monitoring mechanisms; analyze data and prepare management reports for directors.
- Able to work with all levels including the ground operation team and managerial staff.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge / regulatory compliance doc and familiarity with import and export customs formalities and document requirements.
- Maintain and scan all required documentation associated with shipments in accordance with department procedures.
- Ensure Purchase Orders for shipping and logistics-related charges are produced in a timely manner.
- Generate management reports and other activities as assigned by the Superior

**Academic Qualification**
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Management / Supply Chain or related.

**Experience / Skill Required**
- With a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ability to make smart decisions in the face of ambiguity.
- Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Manages inventory and establishes controls to ensure is operating at the highest level of performance based on key performance metrics and minimized supply chain risk.
- Develop strategies, policies, procedures, and overall team to optimize the value of the entire function.
- Develop and continuously improve supplier programs.
- Able to write and speak in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa.
