Handyman

**Job Scopes**:

- Arrange the maintenance routine work for hotel/homestay unit.
- Handle minor furniture repairs, plumbing and electrical works.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems, respond and report.
- Ensure property unit is good and accommodation requirements are met.
- Update maintenance task list.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
- Hostel is provided

**Job Requirements:

1) SPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in related field.

2) Must be under TVET (Pendidikan dan Latihan Teknikal dan Vokasional)

3) Fresh graduate or have past working experience in maintenance residence.

4) Looking for young, energetic, innovative person who eager to learn and grow with our company.

5) Currently we managing over 100 rooms in Genting area.

6) Able to start IMMEDIATELY.

Basic Salary: RM 1,700.00 - RM 2,000.00

⌛ Working Day: 6 Days Per-Week (1 OFF Day)

⌛Working Hour (Rotation Shift) included (1 Hour Meal Break)

⌛EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Annual Leave, Medical Claims
