**About Our Client**:
Our client is an automation/AI-driven conversion commerce startup that has established its presence at Science Park. They are an energetic company that offers a SaaS platform for message hub and chatbot automation, enabling conversion commerce.

**Job Scope**:
The Client Success Associate will be responsible for engaging with new leads, providing product demonstrations, updating clients on new features, and assisting in converting new and existing clients into long-term, satisfied customers. This role is critical in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our products and services.
- Conduct 1-to-1 product demonstrations for new leads to highlight key features and benefits to convert leads to potential customers.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, and regularly touch base with clients to inform them about new product updates and features.
- Manage and maintain customer inquiries database to build a robust internal knowledge base that captures commonly asked questions, respective solutions and best practices for client support.
- Maintain strong relationships with and ensuring positive experiences for existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction through effective communications through various digital channels, including but not limited to Zoom Meeting and WhatsApp Messaging.
- Provide prompt and sufficient support to clients by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to address client feedback and improve service delivery.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed.
- Familiar with Zoom, WhatsApp and other meeting/conversation platforms.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role is a plus

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
